28 yo gentleman working as biomedical scientist in NHS. Came to clinic presenting with neck + midback + low back pain for 2 months. No known event that probably have caused it, just woke up one morning with pain, pain score of 6/10. Had massages in the past and eases the pain away for short period.
Also suffering with headache, depression and irritable bowel syndrome for very long time and currently on medication for that.
Clinical information obtained, no pins and needles around the arms and legs. Some irritation identified in the neck and lowback. No identified neurological changes.
Full spinal adjustment done for over 8 weeks.
RESULT: neck pain and low back pain gone. Reported to have lesser headache occurrences and passing out normal stool consistency.
