A part time position has become available for a qualified Sports/Deep Tissue Massage Therapist to join a small family based Chiropractic team.
We are looking for someone who is hardworking, energetic, would like to see a list full of clients.

1 year experience as Sports Massage Therapist desirable , however not essential NEW GRADUATES are welcome to apply for this job We are looking for someone who is Bristol based or can commute from near by area. We are looking for someone who can join within next couple of weeks.

We have a great front desk team to help and support you with booking patients and management of your patient list. You will get training how to build yourself a happy client list , and be able to lead a client successfully, retain your clients and get them better. We believe in supporting each other as a team.

The location of our centre is 118 St Michael’s Hill, BS2 8BU.

This position is an employed position and starting salary is £8.36-£8.91 pro rata ( part time)

Have had Assistant Managerial experience with team responsibilities, and be the right hand person to the director and practice manager .
Experience managing a database/CRM system, ensuring customer details are completed
Overseeing business processes ensuring maximum operational effectiveness
Hands on front of house experience
Delivery of excellent customer service, making their experience personal and unique
Exposure to recruiting, training, performance managing and reviews
Compile management statistics and information, KPI reports
Experience of showcasing USPs with customers
New business generation
Identifying innovative ways to improve brand awareness and visibility
Proven experience working within a busy environment in a calm collective manner
Working knowledge of Financial transactions i.e. individual payments, daily cashing up, weekly reconciliations, petty cash etc.
Able to demonstrate how to handle customer complaints
Ability to run and motivate a team
Understanding what excellent customer service is, ensuring the team is proficient providing a wonderful customer journey
Ability to remain calm in a busy environment
Collate Management statistics
Manage customer feedback
Able to build strong relationships internally and externally
Numerically minded
